uno+ichi is hiring (Los Angeles)

Hello! uno+ichi is hiring a part-time ceramic assistant.
I am looking for someone to help throw and attach basic forms, glaze ceramics, paint on decorations and underglaze, and apply decals. The job requires throwing and hand-building skills, a steady hand, attention to detail, and care for delicate pieces. If you like getting into a focused rhythm with your hands and enjoy working with delightful, functional objects, you might be a good fit.
This position is flexible, but we are generally looking for someone who can work somewhere between 10-20 hrs a week. Ideally candidates are able to work in Culver City (at least to start), but options are available if you live more towards the east side of LA. Compensation is $24/hr and may increase up to $30/hr depending on experience and skill. This position also includes a paid membership to the ceramic studio ($170 value) in Culver City with 24-hr access.
Potters relatively new to ceramics are welcome to apply as long as you possess a strong desire to learn and quickly advance your skills.
Please answer the questions below so we can get to know you better:

Take a look at uno+ichi’s website.
After reading the About page and browsing some products, how would you describe the brand or the ceramics? What stands out to you?

This position might expand into working with molds as well. How comfortable are you working with clay and pouring molds? Do you have any experience with this? Please elaborate
