We are building a Social Network for Fashion & E-commerce powered by AI with the vision of redefining how people shop on the internet! As a founding ML Engineer, you will build foundation models from scratch, fine-tune existing models as per the use case, scraping large sums of data, design pipelines for data ingestion, processing & scalability of systems. Not just this, you’ll also be working on recommendation systems, particularly algorithm design & planning the execution from day one.

Requirement

Note: We don’t really care about your qualifications as long as we can see that you have sufficient knowledge required for the role & a strong sense of ownership in whatever you do.
- Design and deploy advanced machine learning models in Computer Vision including object detection & similarity matching
- Implement scalable data pipelines, optimize models for performance and accuracy, and ensure they are production-ready with MLOps
- Take part in code reviews, share knowledge, and lead by example to maintain high-quality engineering practices
- In terms of technical skills, you should have a high proficiency in Python, machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow & PyTorch
- Experience with cloud platforms and knowledge of deploying models in production environments
- Have a decent understanding of Reinforcement Learning and some understanding of Agentic AI & LLM-Ops
- First-hand experience with scalable Backend Engineering would put you on the first consideration over other candidates
