Thank you for choosing Allo to manage your phone numbers. To begin the porting process, we need you to provide some information:

The credentials you used to create your Allo account

CSR (Customer Service Record)

The CSR is the information associated with your number in your current service provider (porting out provider). This information should be provided by your current provider, in order to port your number out from their service into Allo.

Street Address

Country, City, State, ZIP Code

Current Service Provider

Billing Phone Number

Main phone number on the losing carrier’s bill that anchors the account/billing group. Could be the number to be ported.

Port-out PIN

Must be provided by your current provider.
