OPQ Asia is a growing sales agency that helps startups and SMEs scale through modern lead generation strategies. We're building a lean, high-performance team—and we’re now looking for a freelance Lead Generation Specialist who’s scrappy, strategic, and execution-obsessed.


Role Overview

As a freelance Lead Generation Specialist, you'll be responsible for sourcing and qualifying high-potential leads that align with our ICP criteria. Your research will directly fuel our outbound efforts.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential leads from curated sources (e.g. LinkedIn, launchpads, etc.)

Qualify leads based on clear criteria provided by the agency

Submit leads using our internal form, following simple naming and tagging conventions

Maintain lead accuracy and avoid duplicates through checklist-based quality control.

Hit weekly or daily lead volume targets to ensure consistent pipeline flow

Requirements

Prior experience in lead generation, sales research, or business development (is a surplus but not compulsory)

Familiarity with Web3 ecosystem is a strong advantage

Sharp research skills and strong digital sourcing abilities

Self-starter mindset — you don’t wait for instruction; you figure things out

Highly motivated with a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset — you take initiative, solve problems, and treat the role like your own business

Compensation & Payout Terms

We offer a performance-based compensation model designed to reward both consistency and quality:

Flat rate per approved lead

Bonus commission for every lead that successfully converts into a closed deal

Opportunities for higher payouts based on lead segment or performance tiers

Payout Schedule:

All approved earnings are processed bi-weekly, on the 15th and 30th of each month.
