Dangerous Goods request

Disclaimer:

1. Dangerous Goods requests take at least one week to get reviewed. Before sending any Dangerous Goods to a Hive fulfillment center, the request needs to be approved on Hive's side.
2. Any goods sent to Hive without having a corresponding approved request will be rejected.
3. Once a request is approved, we will reach out to the email provided in this form so you can share with us the date of arrival of the goods.

In case your SDS/MSDS states both 3480 & 3481 or 3090 & 3091, please just enter the UN code that ends in 1.

Please note that your SDS/MSDS need to be in the language of the country where you are storing your goods ((EC) No. 1272/2008).

The document must be no older than 3 years.
The document(s) must be in the language(s) of the country where you are shipping from. If you will be shipping from two different fulfillment centers, please provide it in the two national languages of the FC country.
The document should contain H-codes or UN numbers, class storage and WGK if applicable.
