Scroll Hacker - Giveaway - Official Terms and Conditions
Eligibility: To participate in the Giveaway, participants must be at least 18 years of age at the time of entry and maintain an active GitHub repo.
Submission: Each participant is allowed to submit a single entry for the Giveaway. Multiple entries from the same participant will not be accepted.
Submission Deadline: Submissions for the Giveaway will be accepted until 11:59 PM GMT on October 15, 2023.
Travel Restrictions: The winners of the Giveaway will be responsible for ensuring they meet any travel restrictions, including but not limited to passport and visa requirements, health and safety guidelines, and any other travel-related regulations and requirements. Failure to meet these requirements may result in the forfeiture of the prize.
Winner Announcement: The winners of the Giveaway will be announced on October 20, 2023. The exact time of the winner announcement will be communicated to participants via our official communication channels. Each participant is entitled to no more than one prize.
KYC (Know Your Customer) Requirements: To claim the prize, the winners will be required to complete a KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process, which may include providing valid identity proof and other necessary documentation as requested by the organizers. Failure to complete the KYC process within the specified timeframe may result in the forfeiture of the prize.
Terms and Conditions Updates: The organizers of the Giveaway reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any given time throughout the duration of the activity. Participants are encouraged to regularly check for updates.
Non-transferrable Prizes: Organizers’ Limited Liability: Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available. Where a Prize becomes unavailable for any reason, the organizers may substitute with an alternative prize of equal or higher value. The winners are determined by the organizers in their discretion and their decision is final. Other than fulfillment of the prizes, the organizers are not liable to the participants in any way.
By participating in the Scroll Hacker Giveaway, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. Failure to do so may result in disqualification from the Giveaway.
