Quick Poll: Should councils be allowed to introduce a cruise ship levy?

The Scottish Government is considering giving local authorities the power to introduce a "cruise ship levy." This would mean that visitors arriving by cruise ship to places like Ullapool or Invergordon would have to pay an addtional fee if Highland Council decided to use this power. 1.2million people visited Scotland on a cruise ship in 2024.
