We are looking for a driven and talented Frontend Software Engineer to join our team and take on the following responsibilities:
• Design, build, and maintain advanced frontend applications for web and other digital platforms, using modern web technologies.
• Implement new features and improve existing applications with a strong focus on performance, accessibility, scalability, and maintainability.
• Build reusable code, libraries and frontend patterns that can support future product development.
• Continuously discover, evaluate, and adopt new technologies to maximise development efficiency and engineering quality.
• Be involved in product development, understand the specifics of each industry and how to develop a better UX.
• Gain feedback continuously from users, customers, and colleagues. • Use AI-assisted development tools responsibly to accelerate coding, debugging, testing, documentation, refactoring, and technical exploration, while maintaining strong engineering judgment and code ownership.

Requirements

To qualify for this role, you’ll have to meet the following criteria:
• Degree in computer science, digital technology, mathematics, physics, or similar -- or comparable experience.
• Thorough knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, HTML.
• Good understanding of modern JavaScript libraries and frameworks, such as React, Angular or Vue. • Familiarity with AI tools for software development, such as Codex, Cursor, Claude, or similar tools. • The ability to use AI tools critically and responsibly, reviewing generated code, validating assumptions, and understanding trade-offs rather than relying on automated output blindly.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and learning ability.
• Ability to rapidly acquire new software skills and work with new technologies.
• Appreciate great design and thrive in a creative environment. • Military obligations must be fulfilled (if applicable).
• Proven literacy in English.
If you also meet any of the following, even better:
• Industry software development experience using JavaScript.
• Industry software development experience using a popular JavaScript Framework like React, Angular or Vue. • Experience using AI-assisted workflows for code generation, refactoring, test creation, documentation, debugging, or technical research.
• Software development experience using source control systems such as Git.
• Familiarity with browser testing and debugging.
• Experience with automated testing practices.
• Knowledge of SEO principles.
• Experience working on small to medium‐sized agile teams.
• Experience with commonly used 3rd party libraries and services.
• Experience with task planning and estimating effort.
