TOYOTA HILUX Terms and Conditions:

1.SECURITY DEPOSIT

- ₱5,000 (refundable after return, subject to inspection)

2. VEHICLE CONDITION & INSPECTION

- The Vehicle is delivered in good mechanical condition, clean interior, and full tank of fuel.

- Renter must inspect the Vehicle upon delivery and note any pre-existing damage in the Vehicle Condition Report (attached).

- Fuel must be returned at the same level; otherwise, a refueling fee of ₱100 per liter will apply.

3. AUTHORIZED USE

The Vehicle must not be used for:

- Racing, stunt driving, towing or reckless operation.

- Transporting illegal goods or hazardous materials.

- Allowing unapproved drivers to operate. 

- Do not enter the car while wet. A penalty will apply if the seats are found wet upon return.

- Smoking inside the vehicle (₱5,000 penalty).

5. ACCIDENTS & BREAKDOWN

- Renter must immediately contact Owner and local police for any accident.

- Do not admit fault or settle without Owner’s consent.

- A complete incident report and photos/videos must be provided.

6. RETURN CONDITIONS

- Vehicle must be returned in the same condition as received, minus normal wear.

- Late returns will incur ₱300/hour up to the daily rate.

- Excessive dirt, pet hair, or odor will incur a ₱1,500 cleaning fee.

7. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be settled in the courts of Surigao del Norte.
