Equipment Booking Form

The Jumping WA Committee (JWA) has two sets of jumping equipment available for hire.
This is to be collected and returned the SEC with prior arrangement.
The equipment will be loaded onto the JWA trailer ready for you to take away. Use of the trailer is included in the hire fee.
Affiliated Club that pays levies: 1st Grade: $450 per day, $400 per day (multi-consecutive days), $250 Deposit
2nd Grade: $320 per day,
Affiliated Club that doesn't pay levies:
1st Grade: $500 per day, $450 per day (multi-consecutive days), $250 Deposit
2nd Grade: $350 per day,

Broken rail $120 replacement
Equipment will be loaded onto the JWA trailer for you to take away. It will be tied down correctly. Someone with experience driving large trailers is preferred.
Applications aren't guaranteed. JWA will check prior bookings and a confirmation or unavailable notice will be sent to you.
Upon acceptance, the bond is to be paid immediately to secure your booking. Equipment hire will be charged after your event, at the return of the equipment.

Collection and return needs to be arranged once your booking has been confirmed.
Terms and conditions:
Equipment and trailer must be returned in the same condition it was supplied in.
Rails must be returned in colour order when loaded on the trailer.
All equipment must be secured correctly for transports on the trailer.
Any damage to equipment and trailer will be billed along with the hire of the equipment after the event
