Required Qualifications:
The Program Manager will function in a planning and supervisory role to ensure the organization meets all industry standards and best practices for ski area programming. Program Manager ensures ski area programs, safety plans, and training resources comply with all federal, state, and local regulatory requirements.This position is an executive management level position responsible for overseeing a middle management team across multiple departments; and may fill a variety of positions to supplement operational roles across departments as needed.
The Program Manager directly oversees Education and Community Development within the organization. This responsibility involves supervision over the following areas: Alpine Education Programming, Rental Equipment, Food & Beverage, and Events.
