Earnings: Earn a 30% revenue share each month for each of your referrals who subscribes to the Pro plan, for up to 10 months.
Payment method: Payments are processed monthly and will be received via PayPal. Fees are paid on the 20th of every month, 30 days following the end of each calendar month during which the referred customer maintained their subscription.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations during promotions.
- Independent contractor: The partner is an independent contractor and not considered an employee of the Company.
- This program is effective for a duration of one year from the date of signup completion and may be renewed upon mutual agreement. Either party may terminate the agreement at any time with thirty (30) days written notice to the other party.
- Governing law and entire program: This program shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, and constitutes the entire agreement between the parties, superseding all prior agreements and understandings, both written and oral.
