YES, you should check all the boxes above. Every resume reader would first ask what this candidate's career objective(s) are, AS THEY RELATE TO THE HIRING COMPANY'S JOB OPPORTUNITIES. Note that the job candidate does not (at all) do that. Stating that they seek full-time employment is vague and a non-starter of little concern to hiring companies.
