You, the joiner, agree to accept the risks that come with group orders, including, but not limited to - claims having undisclosed damage, being damaged in transit, being lost in transit, or not being sent by proxies altogether. You also accept receiving claims can take an unknown amount of time, usually a few weeks to a few months, but can be delayed further.
You, the joiner, accept that no refunds will be given when situations such as ones described above happen.
You, the joiner, accept to pay any additional payments that may be needed for your claims before or after you've received them if applicable - including, but not limited to - tariffs, customs, taxes, and general fees that arise from importing goods from overseas proxies, warehouses, and stores.
In the event the Joiner Agreement is broken by you, the joiner, your claims will be revoked and a refund will only be given in the event a substitute joiner is found in a timely manner by the GOM.
You, the joiner, accept that this form and signature will be used as proof in the event of a chargeback.
