Breathwork Facilitator Training Spring 2024

Thank you for your interest in Breathwork Facilitator training with Breath Liberation Society.

We offer 400 hours of training in two one-year parts. Breath Facilitator Training and Advanced Training and Mentorship.

This application is for Breathwork Facilitator Training. The training is 200 hours of virtual learning. Advanced Training is a separate program, if interested, you will have the opportunity to sign up for Advanced Training after completion of Breathwork Facilitator Training.

We explore multiple styles of breathwork for personal use and focus on the three-part breath for facilitation.

It is important that you are enthusiastic about the three-part/two-part breath, it will be our main focus.
