As a Marketing Analytics Strategist, you will be the trusted guide for our clients.

You are the bridge between complex technical implementation and actionable business strategy.

You will work directly with business owners and marketing leaders, taking them through our signature framework to help them finally understand what’s working, what’s not, and where to go next.

This role is perfect for someone who loves to get their hands dirty with GTM + GA4 & warehoused data, but whose real passion is using the data they collect to tell a story, solve problems, and drive tangible business results for clients.

Your core responsibilities will revolve around three key areas.

Communication:

You will strategize and consult with clients, acting as their primary point of contact and providing proactive, data-driven recommendations to help them lower acquisition costs, increase ROAS, and improve customer lifetime value.

Execution

You will implement and maintain data foundations, executing our "Data Foundation Project" for clients. Internal resources help with execution, but you will be responsible for the outcome.

You will analyze and report on performance, developing custom dashboards in Looker Studio and translating data into clear insights for client calls.

Efficiency

We are always looking for ways to improve how we do things. You are always asked to say "How can we do this better".
Compensation $70k-$100k + Qualified Bonus plan

The ideal person

The ideal candidate will have over three years of hands-on experience in a digital marketing analytics or technical marketing role.

Expert-level proficiency with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, server-side tagging, and ad platform APIs like Meta CAPI is essential

You must have strong data visualization skills, particularly with Looker Studio, and possess excellent client-facing communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

We are looking for a strategic mindset with the ability to connect data points to larger business objectives. Experience working in an agency, proficiency in SQL, and familiarity with Reverse ETL tools or product analytics platforms are highly desirable and will make you stand out.
