Graphic Design and Illustration Intern

You will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects, develop your skills, and contribute to campaigns that drive brand, product, and business objectives.

You will gain hands-on experience researching marketing trends and running campaigns and identifying ways to improve our client's marketing efforts. You will also assist in managing companies' social media accounts and learn how to engage with followers.

You will get to understand how we develop design and visual communication for various touch-points on the consumer journey. You are able to gain hands on experience on project management and design management for clients across a range of industries. After this contractual period, you will get a recommendation letter - and - there is a good chance to convert to a full time role after six months of working with us.
Responsibilities
Design & Concept Development:
Think creatively to develop fresh design concepts, illustrations, and layouts that align with brand identity and campaign objectives.
• Branding Support: Assist in maintaining and evolving visual brand consistency across all digital and print materials, ensuring all creative output aligns with client brand guidelines.
• Asset Creation, Produce high-quality visuals for a range of deliverables, including:
– Landing pages, eDMs, and web banners
– Social media graphics (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, etc.)
– Infographics, presentations, and whitepapers
– Creative concepts for campaigns, events, and video content
– Animations and motion graphics for social posts and a
• Illustration & Storytelling:
Create illustrations and visual storytelling assets for campaigns and branded content, including storyboarding and light post-production (photography/videography).
• Content Repurposing: Adapt and repurpose creative assets for various platforms such as Instagram Stories, YouTube, webinars, and more.
Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with project managers, account managers, and the Art Director to manage timelines and client expectations. Actively participate in brainstorming sessions and provide design input during planning stages.
• Feedback & Iteration: Amend designs based on team or client feedback and work through iterations until final approval is achieved.
• Trend Research: Stay updated on design, illustration, animation, and branding trends to continuously bring fresh, innovative ideas to the table.
Requirements
• A digitally savvy individual who is active on social media and understands current content trends.
• Proficient in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects) and Canva.
• A proactive self-starter with a positive attitude and a strong sense of initiative.
• A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment.
• Comfortable using a range of digital and content marketing tools to support design and communication objectives.
• Strong command of both written and spoken English, with the ability to clearly communicate ideas and collaborate effectively.

Working Hours • Mondays – Fridays: 9.30am – 6.30pm
• This role is a hybrid (In office/remote days will be re-arranged at the discretion of management)
• Potential full-time opportunity once the internship is completed.
