Camp enrollment form 2025 (Aged 16-23 campers only)

This form is for the enrollment of campers in the full 5 day camp. To enroll multiple campers, you will need to complete a new form for each camper.

For campers not aged 16-23, there is a separate enrolment form on www.sikhinspiraiton.co.uk/camp2025

For parents who are not attending the camp, but would like to come to the Alton Towers trip, you can buy your tickets through a separate form on www.sikhinspiration.co.uk/camp2025
