EU Homeschool P.E. Application

You are applying for the Evangel University Homeschool Physical Education Program, a twice-weekly on-campus physical education experience taught by university Physical Education majors. This program is designed to provide K–12 homeschool students with quality physical activity while giving future P.E. teachers meaningful, hands-on teaching experience. BEFORE YOU APPLY: Space is limited, and this form helps us ensure balanced age groups, safety, and a shared commitment to the program. Completion of this form does not guarantee placement. Families will receive a confirmation email if accepted.

Once accepted, families will be asked to submit payment to secure their child's spot in the program. Participation is confirmed only after payment is received by the deadline. Failure to submit payment on time may result in the spot being offered to another applicant.

MINOR UNDER 18- Homeschool Physical Education Class

Sponsor: Evangel University Description of Activity: Physical Education Class and use of the Mabee Center using the facility/field/stadium and its equipment, practicing and/or engaging in any physical education activities and exercises or other related activities on and off the premises.
