Program Overview

iSpark Inno, a multi-faceted innovation hub located in Buea, South West, Cameroon, passionate about empowering learning and innovation in African youth. As part of our mission, iSpark Classroom, the education arm of iSpark Inno offers a 12-month intensive training program in software engineering at The Hub. This initiative is designed for passionate young individuals eager to build a future in software engineering but lacking the necessary skills.

This is a full-time study program offered in two (2) modes: onsite and blended. The onsite mode requires trainees to attend all classes in person, while the blended mode allows trainees to study online with support from a trainer and attend onsite sessions once a week for evaluations.

Requirements

Must be proficient in English.

Must be passionate about Software Engineering

Resides in Buea, Cameroon.

A minimum of an C grade in A-level mathematics or an equivalent qualification or take an aptitude test with us if you do not meet this qualification.

Must have a laptop with at least 8GB RAM.

Availability for the entire program duration and commitment to finishing the program.

Must be computer-savvy.

Must be willing to give back to future trainees in upcoming cohorts.

Application Process

1. Fill our online registration form. 2. Attend an in-person interview with us. 3. Take the aptitude test if you do not have A-Level mathematics with a C grade or an equivalent qualification. 4. Receive admission decision. 5. Pay fees (if accepted) and start learning.

📝 NOTE: - Always check your emails as this is where information would be communicated mostly. - The program fee is payable in three (3) installments. Selected trainees are required to pay at least 50% of the total fee before the program begins. The remaining 50% can then be paid in two parts, at any preferred amount, provided the full balance is settled within the first three (3) months of the program.
