Job Description: 

We are seeking a self-driven Sales Engineer to drive our team’s next phase of growth. As the Sales Engineer, you will be the customer-facing expert on our turnkey robotic fabrication systems. You will own the critical role of prospecting new clients, creating sales opportunities, and achieving revenue targets. The Sales Engineer will prioritize a people focused sales strategy while ensuring client expectations are clearly conveyed to the team. This key member will support the team in the office during regular business hours, Monday to Friday, from 9am - 5pm.

Key Responsibilities:

Represent One-Off Robotics at meetings, events, and conferences to grow visibility and network

Manage the full sales cycle using CRM tools to track leads, generate quotes, and provide timely client updates
• Collaborate with the executive team to review targets, analyze market trends, and refine strategies
• Negotiate effectively and strive to exceed sales goals through continuous improvement and feedback

Ideal Candidate Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field preferred
• Proven experience in a consultative or B2B sales environment
• Technical sales experience is preferred
• Proficiency with CRM software or sales tracking tools
• Strong relationship management, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Ability to quickly learn and explain technical concepts
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to travel for trade shows and other sales related events
Compensation and Benefits:
$45,000-50,000 base salary plus lucrative commission incentives
