We're not looking for coffee experts. We can teach coffee.

We're looking for great people — people who are kind, dependable, hardworking, positive, and genuinely care about the people around them.

Working at EFB can be fast-paced, busy, fun, and sometimes a little chaotic. We take what we do seriously, but we don't take ourselves too seriously.

This isn't your typical job application. We want to get to know you — your personality, how you think, what you care about, and what you'd bring to our team.

There aren't perfect answers. Just be yourself.

We want to find a schedule that works well for both you and EFB! Our shop is open 7:30 AM–4:00 PM Monday–Friday and 8:00 AM–3:00 PM Saturday–Sunday.

First, when CAN'T you work?
Please list any days or times you regularly cannot work because of school, another job, activities, family commitments, etc.

Example: Monday–Friday before 2:30 PM, unavailable Wednesdays, etc.

Now for the fun part — what's your IDEAL schedule?
