Responsibilities:
- Conduct effective keyword research and target specific audience segments.
- Plan, launch, and optimise SEM and other digital advertising campaigns.
- Monitor and optimise campaign performance to achieve volume, revenue, CPA, and engagement targets.
- Test different variations of ads, landing pages, and audience targeting to drive growth.
- Collaborate with the in-house design team to create visually appealing assets.
- Work with selected agency partners to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Prepare regular reports for management, including weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports.
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities and stay ahead in the market.
- Continuously improve ROI for ongoing campaigns.
- Propose, develop, and test new campaigns across various paid media channels.
- Foster and maintain partnerships with PPC ad platforms and vendors.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in performance marketing.
- Collaborate with other members of the marketing team to optimise the customer communication experience for maximum return on investment (ROI) and customer lifetime value (LTV).
