Thank you for taking the time to answer this brief signup survey for livestock counting! This survey should take no more than eight minutes and will help us tailor our offerings to your needs. This form will close on December 31st and we will reach out to up to 1000 responders. Out of the first 100 responders, we will make 10 offers for personalized, free service for the first three months of 2024, and then select 3 of them to partner with. More details at the end as well as our pricing model.

About Our Offering and Pricing
We are an early-stage company and for that reason are offering a special deal for early adopters of our service. As described above, we will reach to up to 1000 of the responders to this form. While our AI systems are already able to count cows, we are taking the time to ensure that our software is robust to different lighting conditions, terrain, and camera angles. We are also ensuring that our product has the right features for your needs. For these reasons, we will not open usage for our portal beyond these 1000 until we have complete confidence in the general applicability of our system.
As part of our early efforts, we are making a special, limited offering to early responders of this form. If you are in the first 100 responders, you may receive one of the 10 offers given to receive 3 months of free service, tech support, and feature request followups. After deliberation, we will choose 3 of those 10 responders to partner with for this special offer.
All 1000 of the first responders will have access to the software along with 3 free trial counts, as described in the landing page.

Current livestock-counting solutions focus on cattle and come in at around $240 per month or higher. On-demand they start around $600-$800. They focus on very large ranches/farms and require you to schedule a consultation. Our solution is an online portal where you can securely upload your videos or images and get a count within one day. We are pricing at $50 per month up to 10 counts or $40 per month if you commit to one year. Counts reset to 10 each month. We also offer on-demand counting for $20 per count. Subscribers switch to on-demand pricing after 10 counts in any given month. For unique ranches/farms we are willing to negotiate different terms.
A count is defined as a single video of up to 5 minutes OR a set of up to 50 images. If you provide 50 different images they are interpreted to be of different cows without any overlap unless you use our tools to say otherwise. The images solution is meant for users with multiple pens or pastures. Pen marking tools will be available to automatically "crop" images.
For our initial users we may only support cows, but are moving to support other livestock as well as size/weight estimation and breed and age (i.e. calf vs. cow) classification.
Note: you control what imaging tool (i.e. drone) you use and when/where you fly it. In the future we may offer drone-flying services alongside counting.

We commit to 99.99% accuracy, which means that per 10,000 cows, we might make one mistake only. As a rule of thumb, if a human can do it, we can too. If we are unable to meet our promise you get your money back.
Note: To qualify for money back, you must provide an image that meets our criteria: 60-120 meters from the ground and at an angle no more than 20 degrees off vertical. They must also be during the day (not at dawn or dusk or night) and with sufficient lighting for a human to identify the same cows from the same video or image. If you paid on-demand you simply receive your money back in the case this guarantee kicks in. If you paid for our subscription services, you get back a count back for the corresponding month, unless less than two days remain in the current month, in which case you get an extra count the next month. In addition, if you are a subscriber, and more than five counts fail in a given month, you get the month for free.
