BROTHERS AND SISTERS IN SONG

This gathering is an initiative of brothers and sisters coming together, to set the example for what we want to feel in the world - Men and women existing together in perfect harmony. A world where we support, encourage, and lift one another up, cheer each other on, walking side by side, with deep honour and reverence and respect for one another. A world where we can sincerely love one another, in all our vulnerabilities.

Brothers and Sisters in song is a grassroots initiative of this vision - a place where we can tune into the natural harmony and equilibrium of our expression, of the masculine and feminine, and as sisters and brothers of the same mother/ father God. This space if a meeting point of softening and sweetness. Rawness and vulnerability. Playfullness and presence. There is no hiding - your voice fully exposes you. Your tears, laugher and all the feelings in between are welcome here.

Together we will explore harmony, basic technique, and deepen our connection to our emotionality, and the transformative power of our collective voices. When we sing, we tune into the full spectrum of our emotionality. Open to all levels. No experience required. We are all built to sing.

Held on Bundjalung Country, we offer our voices to the land. We acknowledge the First Nations peoples as the original custodians of this land, and offer our deep respect to Elders past, present, and emerging. Sovereignty was never ceded. First nations people to attend free of charge.
