By the end of this course, you will be able to:

☑️ Understand practical tools by recognizing at least 2 strategies people can use to improve sleep.
☑️ Apply sleep hygiene practices by selecting 1 strategy to use for a week and give a brief explanation on how you can implement it in your daily routine.
