Role We are looking for a part-time Sales Executive with strong connections in IT & software industries to help us grow our client base. You’ll use your network and experience to bring in warm leads, close deals, and help scale our sales pipeline.
Responsibilities - Leverage your existing network to generate leads in IT/software companies - Pitch our AI interviewing platform to HR leaders, recruiters, and engineering managers - Manage the end-to-end sales cycle (outreach → call → closure) - Work closely with the founder to refine sales strategy Requirements - 5+ years experience in B2B SaaS / IT services / HRTech sales - Strong network in IT/software hiring ecosystem - Excellent communication & relationship-building skills - Self-driven, comfortable in part-time/flexible setup Compensation - ₹20k–₹40k/month fixed pay (depending on experience) - Lead incentive for every qualified lead generated - Attractive commission on every closed client - Equity up to 2% Email us @: team@cognatoai.com Website: https://www.cognatoai.com/
