We’re currently recruiting for a Creative Design & Media Associate who will be behind the visuals that define Novar — social media posts, campaigns, event materials, and creative visuals for projects. If you have an eye for design, understand online trends, and like giving ideas a visual voice, this role is for you.

This is a flexible role ideal for students and young professionals who want to contribute to real global initiatives in diplomacy, communication, and policy.
