- Have 1-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development roles in tech companies
- Are exceptionally organized with strong project management and scheduling skills
- Take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills for client interactions
- Have excellent English (C1+). Knowledge of common European languages (German/French/Dutch B2+) is a plus.
- Thrive in fast-paced environments and can manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Are comfortable with business travel and client-facing meetings.
- Experience working at early-stage startups or B2B SaaS companies is a plus.
