With domain expertise, close collaboration, and an obsession with our vision, we built casepal to enable legal professionals to focus on their highest-value work. Since our founding in 2024, we have expanded our client base with leading law firms and in-house legal teams from Cyprus, Belgium, Greece, Poland, Estonia, and Austria, and we are now expanding our partnerships with legal teams across Europe.

About the role

We're looking for our Founder's Associate to work directly with the founder on sales, marketing, client communication, and business development. You'll be the right hand supporting wide-ranging operational tasks that drive our growth, including traveling with founders to client meetings and business development opportunities.

You may be a good fit if you:

- Have 1-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development roles in tech companies
- Are exceptionally organized with strong project management and scheduling skills
- Take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills for client interactions - Have excellent English (C1+). Knowledge of common European languages (German/French/Dutch B2+) is a plus.
- Thrive in fast-paced environments and can manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Are comfortable with business travel and client-facing meetings. - Experience working at early-stage startups or B2B SaaS companies is a plus.

This means being comfortable with ambiguity, taking initiative when you see opportunities for improvement, and occasionally putting in extra effort during critical client pitches or business development initiatives.
