Fall 2025 PFTH Class Registration

The 14-week Playing from the Heart course for beginning violin runs from September 9 to December 16, 2025.

Classes will be held on Tuesdays from 4:00-5:00pm.

The last week of regular instruction will be December 9th, with a final recital for all participants being held on December 16th at 5:00pm. There will be no class the week of November 25th.

All classes and final recital will be held at the United Parish of Brookline in Brookline, MA.

Tuition for the 14-week course and final recital is $840 and is payable through check or Zelle.

A deposit of 50% is required for each student registered. The remaining balance is due by September 1, 2025.

Refund Policy

Deposits are fully refundable up until 4 weeks before the course start date. The last day for requesting a refunded deposit is August 12, 2025. Any course withdrawals after this date forfeit their deposit.

In the event the course is canceled by the instructor, families will receive a 100% refund of tuition paid.

No refund of tuition will be given after the course begins.

Attendance Policy

Due to the nature of the group instruction, there can be no makeup classes for student absences. The instructor will provide any absent family with a summary of the class missed and any necessary materials.

If the instructor should miss a class for any reason, the class will be rescheduled to a day and time feasible for all enrolled families.

Media Release

By registering, you consent that any audio, video, or photographs taken during the 9-week course and final performance may be used for publication and marketing purposes by Leaphart String Studio unless a written request to opt-out is received before the course start date.
