2022-2023 Proctor Lake Hunting Program Survey

Greetings! In order to streamline the survey progress, improve the number of responses, and gather better data to improve the Proctor Lake public hunting program, the Hunting Program Coordinator has created this survey. You are receiving this survey because you have previously held a Proctor Lake hunting permit. Responses help the Program Coordinator improve the program to better suit hunters needs. By filling out this survey, you are automatically renewing your hunting permit for 2023-2024 hunting season. Your permit will be emailed to you in August of 2023 for the 2023-2024 hunting season. You no longer need to come in person to the Proctor Lake office to receive a permit. (This only applies to existing permit holder. New permit applicants will still need to apply in person or by mail.) Honest answers will help improve the program. Only the Hunting Coordinator will have access to your responses.
