Shimmer Squad Application

✨ Help Our Studio Sparkle

Are you interested in a work trade opportunity with us? The Shimmer Squad is an opportunity to receive credit to be applied towards your membership fees. Having a sparkling studio lets our students know that we care about them and our learning environment.

In exchange for 3 hours per week for 4 consecutive weeks, Shine Fitness Studio will provide $130 to be applied towards membership fees. The Shimmer Squad’s primary responsibility is to complete the studio cleaning checklist and/or additional tasks that help elevate the student experience at Shine.

Assistance is rewarded after completion of the 4-week cycle. For example, the student is on the Shimmer Squad for the January 1st-28th cycle. Assistance is rewarded on January 29th.

We also want to make sure you are protected. We will supply gloves and cleaning supplies for you to use. If needed, Shine Fitness Studio will provide a washable cloth mask to use while cleaning.

✨ Terms & Conditions

- Student must be a current Shine Fitness Studio member with an active membership.

- Student may not upgrade or downgrade membership while utilizing Shimmer Squad benefits.

- Student must have been a member for least 6 months consecutive months.

- Student must commit 3 hours per week for 4 consecutive weeks. Shimmer Squad hours are only available outside of regular business hours.

- Student may be apart of the Shimmer Squad for 2 consecutive cycles up to 6 total cycles.

- Example: The student may be on Shimmer Squad for January and February cycle but may not be apart of the March cycle.

- If the student does not complete the required 12 hours, assistance will be reduced by $20 per missed hour up to 3 hours.

- Example: The student completes 10 out of 12 hours. Assistance will be reduced by $40. The student will receive $90 towards membership fees.

- If the student misses their first scheduled hour without prior approval, their spot will be given to an alternate. Assistance will not be provided.

- If the student misses 3 or more hours, the student will forfeit assistance and will not be able to re-apply for the Shimmer Squad for 8 weeks (2 cycles).
