We’re currently looking for out-of-the-box thinkers and hard workers who push the boundaries of creativity.

You:

⚫ Are a leader. You’re an ambitious self-starter who can take a rough unclear vision for awesome projects and execute them into beautiful reality without constant oversight.
⚫ Are accountable. You do what you say you will. You ask questions when you don’t know.
âš« Overcommunicate. No ego, you share constructive feedback and take it well.
⚫ Value growth. Every day you’re trying to be better and you only present work you’re proud of.


📷 You see the world in video. You tell your best stories through video. You’re ready to push our brand forward with innovative and truly unique video concepts. Creating content every two days is a compulsion; you have much you want to share with the world.
You excel at the following:
- Editing (both long-form horizontal, and short-form vertical). As Casey Neistat says, “it’s all about editing”. We’re competing for eyeballs out there...can you edit fast, find the right music, get the right pacing, and stay obsessed with the details such as sound effects, angles, and pans?
- You can follow a rough storyboard and come up with a creative interpretation that stays true to the vision with limited guidance. You can create screenplays, know what shots you need, and can get b-roll
- You have exciting ideas that you can’t wait to shoot. You have your own moodboard of amazing video ideas that you can’t wait to one-up
