Cultivating inner safety amidst outer chaos. Join me for an hour long somatic yoga practice. We’ll touch on ways to regulate your nervous system, sip a calming tea blend, & enjoy a relaxing soundbath to integrate. You’ll receive a handout with journal prompts, & somatic exercises to regulate on your own. My goal is to give you tools and a container to experience saftey & ease.
Please bring a yoga mat, a tea cup, and a journal.
