Germany Baseball Camp 2025 Mission Trip Application

ENGLISH
For the past 2 years members of Calvary have participated in collaboration with Faith Baptist Church taking a baseball camp to Schenefeld, Germany. This is a baseball camp where 120 kids sign up to learn how to play baseball and we get the opportunity to share the gospel with them during the camp and in the afternoon celebrations. If you like baseball, sharing the gospel, and working with children and youth, this is a great opportunity to use those gifts for the kingdom of God. 

Requirements:  

1. Speak English.
2. Open to learn and dive in a new culture.
3. Willingness to represent Jesus and the church with excellence.
4. Willingness to share the gospel.
5. Know how to play baseball or be willing to learn how to play.
6. Being able to attend most training meetings.
7. Being able to stand on your feet for 8 hours a day.
Purpose: 
1. Execute the baseball camp.
2. Share the gospel with the children. 
3. Support and encourage Joshua Baptist Church in Germany; our current partner.
Dates and other information: 
1. The mission trips are July 25th - August 4th.
2. The total cost of the mission trip is $2000. This includes meals, lodging, and transportation.
Deadlines:
1. Attend meetings and orientations (TBD).
2. Down payment of $300 by January 15th, 2025.

Durante los últimos 2 años, miembros de la Iglesia Calvary han participado en colaboración con la Iglesia Bautista Faith, llevando un campamento de béisbol a Schenefeld, Alemania. Este es un campamento de béisbol donde 120 niños se inscriben para aprender a jugar béisbol y tenemos la oportunidad de compartir el evangelio con ellos durante el campamento y en las celebraciones de la tarde. Si te gusta el béisbol, compartir el evangelio y trabajar con niños y jóvenes, esta es una excelente oportunidad para usar esos dones para el reino de Dios.
Requisitos:
1. Hablar inglés.
2. Estar abierto a aprender e integrarse en una nueva cultura.
3. Disposición para representar a Jesús y a la iglesia con excelencia.
4. Disposición para compartir el evangelio.
5. Ser capaz de estar de pie durante 8 horas al día.
Propósito:
1. Ejecutar el campamento de béisbol.
2. Compartir el evangelio con los niños.
3. Apoyar y animar a la Iglesia Bautista Joshua en Alemania, nuestro socio actual.
Dias para recordar y otra información:
1. Los viajes misioneros son del 25 de julio al 4 de agosto.
2. El costo total del viaje misionero es de $2000. Esto incluye comidas, alojamiento y transporte.
Fechas Limites:
1. Asistir a reuniones y orientaciones (por determinar).
2. Pago inicial de $300 antes del 15 de enero de 2025.
