The Role

As an SDR, you’ll be at the front lines of our growth. Your job is to identify target accounts, craft personalized outreach, and generate qualified opportunities. You’ll work closely with leadership to refine our go-to-market playbook, experiment with messaging, and help us scale.
This is not a “smile and dial” role - it’s a chance to get in early, learn fast, and directly shape the sales process at a venture-backed startup.

What You'll Do

- Prospect into target accounts via LinkedIn, calls, and email


- Build pipeline and schedule discovery calls with qualified prospects


- Run consistent, high-quality outreach


- Collaborate with leadership to refine targeting, ICP, and messaging


- Track all activity in HubSpot

- Organized and detail-oriented with CRM discipline

- Bonus: prior SDR experience (but we’ll train the right athlete)
