Business Model & Offer Refining

This is where we look at your actual business — your numbers, customers, offer, pricing, capacity and the season of life you're building the business around.

The goal isn't to give you another list of things you could do.

It's to work out what actually makes sense for your business and what needs to change to make it more commercially and financially sustainable.

A bit about what I bring

Since 2017 I've worked in consulting, across large brands, smaller firms and growing businesses.

My background is in financial advisory, building operational structure and efficiency, and positioning — understanding who you're really serving, what problem you're solving and how the different parts of a business need to work together.

So when we look at your business, we're not looking at your offer or your pricing in isolation.

We're looking at the whole picture:

Who you're selling to → what you're selling → what they're willing and able to pay → how many customers you need → what it costs you to deliver → and whether the business can actually make money.

The four questions I'll help you answer

1. What am I actually selling?

Is the offer solving a specific problem that your intended customer actually wants solved?

We'll look at what you're offering, how it's positioned and whether the offer makes sense from the customer's perspective.

2. Who am I serving, and what problem am I solving for them?

We'll look beyond demographics and build a clearer picture of your actual buyer — including what they're trying to achieve, what they're already spending money on, what alternatives they have and what might make them say yes or no to your offer.

3. How should I be pricing it?

Pricing isn't just about picking a number that feels affordable.

We'll look at what your customer can realistically afford, the value of the problem you're solving, the alternatives available to them, your costs and the revenue your business needs to generate.

The goal is to find the balance between a price that makes sense to your customer and a business model that allows you to make a healthy profit.

4. How does the whole thing actually run?

We'll look at what needs to happen operationally to deliver the offer, how many customers you need, what your capacity looks like and whether the model still works as the business grows.

What you leave with

Depending on what we uncover, this might include:

A clearer target buyer and problem to solve
A refined business model
A clearer or redesigned offer
Pricing recommendations
Revenue and customer targets
A clearer understanding of your costs and margins
Different scenarios for how the business could perform
A practical plan for what to change next
Two ways we can work together

1. A week of consulting

Back-and-forth conversations via WhatsApp.

Best when there's one clear thing in the way — for example, you're unsure about your pricing, offer, target buyer or next move.

You finish with a clear direction you can act on immediately.

2. A month or more of consulting

Best when several things need fixing, you're building from scratch, or you need to properly work through the numbers before making a decision.

This includes back-and-forth conversations plus a financial model where appropriate.

I can project your revenue and costs over at least the next six months and model different scenarios.

For example:

If you price at X, roughly how many customers do you need? What happens to your profit if your costs increase? What happens if you sell fewer or more units? If you want to take a certain amount of money out of the business each month, what needs to be true for that to work? Which business model gives you the best balance between revenue, profit and the life you actually want to have?
