You must be 18+. Deposits are required to be put on my commission list. Deposits are $35 which will go towards your commission. Payments will be taken through Cash App, Venmo or Zelle. I am moving away from PayPal but if this is your preferred way of payment I will accept it for you. All payments must be paid in full beforehand (payment will be taken when I start commission). You may not use a chargeback for whatever reason. Please feel free to contact me for any concerns you may have. Submitting a form does not guarantee acceptance. I reserve the right to turn down any commission orders without any explanation or reason. While working on commissions I also work on personal/shop stuff and other commissions at the same time. I may update my social media with this content while working on your com. ✦ Commission info ✦ Female figures only. Cute, sexy, pinups and nsfw is preferred but will consider other subjects. No males, backgrounds*, Ect. I will not edit existing art of mine. Commissions are open to new art only. You are commissioning me for my style and artistic approach to your character/portrait. Stylistic choices and artistic freedom will be made. Finished piece will not be your reference to a ‘T’. *Solid color backgrounds are ok. Backgrounds for daki/Body Pillow commissions are also ok. Backgrounds that are approved will be an additional cost. Prices vary depending on how complex the commission is. There’s no given deadlines. A piece may take up to 2 months to be completed but may take longer due to complexity of the piece (ex. More than one figure, variations, clothing ect). If you have a specific deadline please let me know. My commissions are based on a slot system. You will get in when you confirm the price. When it’s time to do your commission I will take your payment. If no response is made in 24 hours I will cancel your commission. If no payment is made I will cancel your commission. Artwork won’t have a specific size. I use different sizes to fit the artwork’s composition and/or use. All illustrations will be 300 DPI. If you want a specific size please let me know before I start your piece. Large illustrations will be additional cost. I do not vectorize artwork. Final piece will be watermarked with my signature. Please do not remove the watermark. Once completed you will receive a folder with a PSD file, PNG file with background and without background. ✦ Rights of Use ✦ I retain all the rights to the illustrations I create for both personal and commercial use. I reserve the rights to post the finished commission to my social media and my portfolio. For personal use - Please do not alter illustration. Ex changing color, adding elements, ect ect. Commercial use may alter the image to fit certain products. Clients may use illustration(s) for banners and icons. Clients may repost their commission.
♡ Commission for Personal Use ♡
You cannot produce, distribute, sell or claim ownership of my artwork . If you would like a print of your commission please let me know and I will print and ship it to you for an extra cost. Personal use is also for your brand that is not being sold such as twitch avatar, banner, ect.
♡ Commission for Commercial Use ♡
This is if you want to use the illustration for profit (Ex. Patreon rewards, stickers, apparel, ect.) You will receive royalty-free commercial rights to the piece I create. Total will be based on use of commission. I have the rights to all commercial pieces I produce. Final illustration will have my signature. The listing to the item(s) that have my artwork must credit me in the descriptions. I have the right to turn down this option based on circumstances.
♡ B&W Commissions ♡
B&W commissions will take less time than a normal commission to be completed but may have longer wait times depending on current workload. Prices depend on how complex piece is.
✦ Process ✦ All Communications will be through email. Provide as much reference as you can. The more the better. Whether it’s descriptions or images (which is preferred). Add things like body type, lingerie, clothing, hair color, eye color, personality, ect. After submitting a form I will contact you with a price for your piece. After confirming the price I will put you on the list. When it's time to do your commission I will take your payment through venmo, cash app or zelle. When payment is made I will begin on the thumbnails. Thumbnails are super fast sketches to give us an idea on how the finished piece would look. I’ll start refining the thumbnail you’ve chosen to a cleaner sketch. When the sketch is approved I’ll start on the line work. Color studies then final colors are added. Artwork will be sent to your email. Throughout the process I will send you multiple work in progress photos. If anything needs to be changed after the sketch stage it’ll be an additional cost. This will vary depending on how complex the revision is. Payment must be made before I start the revisions. ✦ Refunds ✦ If we are unable to make a piece that doesn’t satisfy you refunds are available. Refunds will be based on how far along the commission is. Refunds will NOT be available if the illustration is completed. I may refund commissions at any time. Refunds due to this will be paid in full and accompanied by reason. TOS , commission form and pricing may be edited/changed at any time.
