deb - the most popular - used by Debian - default for many apps - in many guides

flatpack - becoming the new standard - cross platform

rpm - used by Fedora and SUSE  - almost every deb is also an rpm

Packman/AUR - used by Arch Linux. (NOT FOR BEGINNERS)
