• All commissioned pieces are delivered as digital files (i.e., not a physical copy) with the exception of custom mug orders.
• Due to their bespoke nature, I do not offer refunds for commissioned pieces. However, if there are minor changes you would like made (e.g., background colour, small items added or deleted, etc.), I offer a re-work for up to two weeks after delivery in case you're not satisfied with the piece.
• Due to their bespoke nature, I require payment upfront for commissioned pieces and only start working when the payment is received in full. Delayed payment can result in delayed delivery.
• However, for larger projects over £1000, I will take a deposit of a mutually agreed-upon amount for the rest to be paid after completion and delivery.
• All payments can be made through a custom listing I'll create for your order.
• My turnaround time is about 4-6 weeks for portrait, portrait+, and hug pieces and 6-12 weeks for home illustrations, symmetry pieces, and custom mugs. If you have a specific deadline, please let me know in the form and I will try my best to accommodate.
