• All commissioned pieces are delivered as digital files (i.e., not a physical copy).
• Due to their bespoke nature, I do not offer refunds for commissioned pieces. However, if there are minor changes you would like made (e.g., background colour, small items added or deleted, etc.), I offer a re-work for up to two weeks after delivery in case you're not satisfied with the piece.
• Due to their bespoke nature, I usually require payment upfront for commissioned pieces. However, for larger projects, I will take a deposit of a mutually agreed-upon amount for the rest to be paid after completion and delivery.
• All payments can be made via PayPal. Or, for UK-based clients, via bank transfer.
• My turnaround time is about 3-5 weeks for portrait and portrait+ and 6-12 weeks for home illustrations/symmetry pieces. If you need it sooner, please let me know in the form and I will try to accommodate.
