Alchemy will be using the
DUST app in 2024. You can share what events you are hosting and where by submitting details through this form.
(PS If you are hosting an activity at Center Camp, there is no need to resubmit here- we've got ya covered!)
A note about the info you share here: all of the descriptions and schedules were provided by your fellow burners, and will be finalized two weeks before gates open.
We will do our best to pull together everything as accurately as we can but we understand things change on the ground the last week before the event.
Please ensure that all submissions are done by THURSDAY OCTOBER 3RD 2024 - because we need time to process and format all of the information, there will be no one available to handle any change requests. Please try to submit ONCE PER EVENT with the most up-to-date information by this deadline.
If you do need to make an update to an event you've already submitted, please re-submit through this form. For anything that has not changed since first entry, please enter the same information provided originally in the exact format you want to see published. Any changed information should be entered as needed, and please also point out what has changed in the last field titled "Anything else we should know". When we are reviewing the data, we will upload the newest / last submitted information only, and want to avoid needing to find the initial entry to fill in gaps in the updated entry. We will remind the community that the only constant is change, that events may get canceled, or an art piece could move.
