Sponsorship of local groups, clubs, schools and organisations during the investigations and planning phases of The Pines Wind Farm proposal is a valuable way to contribute to local communities. The Pines Wind Farm will provide financial support for a range of sponsorship opportunities that benefit local communities. This support is open to community purposes and needs including health and social welfare, safety, environmental, educational, youth projects, sport and recreation, culture, the arts, economic development and tourism.
During the first year of investigations for The Pines Wind Farm there will be two rounds of funding:
ROUND 1: Applications to be submitted by 5pm 30 August 2024
Total funds available $25,000 Successful applicants notified by 30 September 2024
ROUND 2: Applications to be submitted by 5pm 28 February 2025
Total funds available $25,000 Successful applicants notified by 31st March 2025
Early sponsorship funding will continue through the planning phase of the proposal with $50,000 in funding available each year across two rounds of funding.
