Pippa Small Jewellery are seeking a full-time luxury sales assistant in our Los Angeles shop.
- Provide a high standard of customer service
- Optimize all opportunities to grow your client book and acquire new clients
- Demonstrate superior interpersonal & communnication talent
- Foster open and constructive communication with team members, always collaborative and proposing effective solutions
- Discuss and convey interest with clients on knowledge of art, film, theatre, philosophy, and fashion.
- Carry out additional tasks as requested by the management
- Fantastic sense of humor
- A minimum of 4 years luxury retail sales experience, preferably within a jewellery environment.
- Passion for providing excellent customer service.
- Positive, 'can do' attitude and willingness to be involved with all projects.
- Highly organized and a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to ensure clear effective communication with all management and colleagues.
- Enthusiastic with a passion for jewellery.
- Working hours are from 10am to 6pm
