Welcome to the Pulsta Pro Subscription Service!
To use the Pulsta Pro Subscription Service (hereinafter "the Service"), you must read and comply with these Pro Subscription Service Terms (hereinafter "these Terms").
After activating the Pro Subscription Service, either through payment or a promotional offer, you will have access to all features included in Pulsta Pro for the duration of your subscription term.
The auto-renewal service is offered to you as an extension of your Pro subscription. By enabling the auto-renewing monthly or annual subscription, you authorize Pulsta to automatically charge the fee for the next billing cycle when your current subscription term is about to expire. The charge will be made to your designated payment method, which may include your self-funded account, a linked third-party payment account, bank card, mobile carrier billing, or iTunes account (collectively, "the Account"). The charge will occur within 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing period.
You are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method with sufficient funds. You will be solely responsible for any consequences, such as the termination of your Pro service, resulting from a failed renewal due to an insufficient balance.
If your Pro service does not activate immediately after you have subscribed and paid, please first try updating the app to the latest version. Then, go to the Pro subscription screen and tap "Restore Purchase" at the bottom to restore your Pro access. If the issue persists, please contact us at
pulstaapp@outlook.com.Due to version differences, the price displayed on the Pro subscription page in some older versions of the app may not reflect the current pricing. The final and correct price is the one displayed in the Apple payment confirmation pop-up at the time of purchase.
