EAC User Insights Survey

This survey supports a RECS paper featuring a league table benchmarking the functioning of AIB member registries. The aim is to encourage improvements to these registries and provide a clearer view of user experiences. The survey consists of two parts: an Excel sheet and the form below. Please make sure to complete both. The form is intended for longer, detailed answers in text boxes, while the Excel sheet is designed to make responses easier and allows you to rank a larger number of registries.

Please download and complete the Excel sheet here and email it to [email protected]: https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fi/6uh9ej6pnq1ifg0i99xl8/RECS-league-table-for-WG-survey.xlsx?rlkey=4k8uri8l649u89x6stei5l17s&st=080lry32&dl=0

Your input will enable RECS to identify actionable improvements to strengthen registry performance across the market. The league table will be presented at the Open Markets Committee (OMC) where AIB and RECS members gather on the 21st of May in Dessau, Germany. You are also welcome to share your experiences with non-AIB and non-European registries to contribute to the overall picture.
