4. Names of applicants, commentary and scoring information developed during the review of applicants are regarded as proprietary by the Organising Committee ond are kept strictly confidential. Such information is available only to those individuals directly involved in the assessment and administrative process. Nama-nama pemohan, komentar dan maklumat pemarkahan yang dibangunkan sermasa kajian / pemantauan pemohon dianggap sebagai hak milik oleh jawatankuasa penganjur dan disimpan secara sulit, maklumat itu hanya boleh didapati oleh mereka yang secara langsung terlibat dalam penilaian dan proses pentadbiran.
5. Withdrawal from the award on your won accord after submission auditing process is in breach of the terms of nomination and will not be refunded the processing fee. Kos Pengeluaran untuk anugerah adalah di atas kehendak anda, jika selepas penyerahan anda didapati melanggar syarat-syarat pencalonan, ia tidak akan dikembalikan terutama selepas pemprosesan pengauditan telah dijalankan.
6. Once the company audited, they cannot withdraw from the competition. Apabila syarikat itu telah diaudit, mereka tidak boleh menarik diri daripada pencalanan.
7. All registration and management costs cannot be claimed after 2 weeks of auditing process.Segala kos pendaftaran dan pengurusan tidak boleh dituntut selepas 2 minggu proses pengauditan.
8. The decision of the organiser are final and there will be anonymity of those not listed.Keputusan penganjur adalah muktamad dan akan ada ketanpanamaan mereka yang tidak disenaraikan.

The organiser may revoke an award in the event that any of the above conditions for this nomination is breached.The Organising Committee reserve the rights to amend any of the above mentioned rules and regulations as and whenever deem necessary. Pihak penganjur boleh membatalkan anugerah sekiranya mana-mana syarat di atas untuk pencalanan ini dilanggar.
