Your support helps leaders from Global Majority communities elevate their voice, courage and ideas, to create a better society for all. Let's be honest, you and I don't fully use the privilege we have and the unearned privilege of previous generations. This is our time to share that energy and create something new for the world.

You’ll receive monthly reflections and stories from the circles you’ve supported, and the option of a personal 'Mulakaat': a one-to-one connection with the leaders once their journey is complete.

You’ll receive public recognition on our website and social channels, and an invitation to join a live 'Talanoa' a shared conversation of storytelling and wisdom that flows both ways between you and the leaders.

You’ll receive everything above, and together we’ll co-create a a gesture of humility in your name, or in the name of someone who has shaped your path.

This isn’t a traditional award, but a circle of reciprocity, a continuing exchange of energy, learning and gratitude between you and the leaders you’ve helped to rise.

You’re also invited to receive six months of one-to-one coaching for yourself, or collective coaching for your organisation or team, to help ripple the energy of the programme outward.
