Introduction to the Program
In AvaiBook we want to achieve WIN-WIN collaboration agreements with companies and professionals that address the same market and client as us, to support each other and generate business in both directions.
We target Vacation Rental managers and owners who want to optimize the management of their accommodations and increase their profitability, centralizing all their processes in a single tool, our SaaS solution.
The objective of the partnership
The main objective of the AvaiBook Affiliate Program is that different professionals such as: tourism marketing consultants, digital transformation consultants, freelancers, integrators, web designers, re-sellers, property managers and many others can recommend AvaiBook and be rewarded for it with an attractive reward.
The reward will always depend on the potential that the new customer has for AvaiBook. This potential will depend directly on the number of accommodations or accommodation units that this new client manages. The higher the number of accommodation units, the higher the reward will be.
We distinguish rewards for the contracting of one of our plans (PRO or STANDARD) and for the contracting of multimedia products such as Virtual Tours, videos or Photo Books.
A) For the contracting of a PRO or STANDARD plan
1. If the customer commits annually and contracts AvaiBook with a SINGLE PAYMENT:
1.1 The reward for contracts of 1 to 2 full accommodations will be 15% of the total of the plan.
1.2 The reward for contracts of 3 full hosting plans onwards will be 25% of the total plan.
You can use this reward as you see fit, for example, if you get 25% you could offer a 10% discount to the client and the other 15% you could keep for yourself as extra income.
2. If the customer commits annually, but decides to pay monthly:
The customer must stay at least 6 months to generate rewards for the affiliate. This reward will consist of 1 semi-annual payment equivalent to 1 monthly payment of the chosen plan (PRO or STANDARD).
In either case, the corresponding reward will be paid in arrears (end of month or semester), as long as the reward has not been passed on to the client in the form of a discount.
B) For the contracting of multimedia servicies
Within the multimedia material that can be hired in AvaiBook, there are virtual Tours, with or without AvaiBook watermark, 360º photos, Photo Books and professional videos.
This material can be hired by AvaiBook customers and non-customers.
The affiliate can contract Virtual Tour with its own brand to offer it to its clients, in this case there is a volume discount of 25% from the 5th Virtual Tour contracted. Please note that if this discount exists, no reward will be applied.
B.1 Hiring of multimedia material up to 999€: The reward obtained by the affiliate will be 15% as long as the reward has not been passed on to the client in the form of a discount.
B.2 Contracting multimedia material over 1000€: The reward obtained by the affiliate will be 25% as long as the reward has not been passed on to the customer in the form of a discount.

Lastly, please note that for both AvaiBook and Virtual Tour plans, the Affiliate may pass on his reward in the form of a DISCOUNT to the customer if he so wishes. You will only have to inform the sales teams to take it into account at the time of contracting.
For every 3000€ of business generated to AvaiBook, the affiliate will be given a VIRTUAL TOUR.
A) The Affiliate Program will be automatically renewed every year. In case of termination or modification of any of its points and/or clauses, the affiliate will be notified before the renewal.
B) There will be the possibility of revising the incentives, requirements and clauses at the time of renewal if the affiliate is interested in doing so.
In any case, it is recommended that the affiliate, either by means of the form provided or by email to
[email protected], leave a record of the recommended leads for future client location and reward.
D) The rewards/rewards equivalent to each lead when it contracts AvaiBook, will be effective in the corresponding period if such lead has converted within a maximum period of six months from the moment of the recommendation by the affiliate. If the lead contracts AvaiBook within those 6 months, it will be understood that such contracting is the result of the affiliate's prescription effort.
