Join the Twi Café – where language and culture come alive!
Beginners are very welcome.
This is the registration form for our Language Café Accra Twi Café, held on most Fridays (see the calendar below). Each week we dive into one of 8 exciting themes – from market life to trotro conversations – making it easier to learn useful words and real-life expressions.
But don’t worry, there’s always space for your own questions about Twi and Ghanaian culture too.
You can sign up as a participant (if you’re learning Twi) or as a volunteer (if you speak Twi and love helping others). If you’re joining with friends, please have everyone register individually.
Language Café Accra is not a formal course, but a relaxed and friendly place to practice, learn by doing, and connect with new people.
You can register in advance for any upcoming Twi Café. After signing up, you’ll receive a confirmation, and by Friday morning you’ll get all final details and directions to our meeting spot. (Don’t forget to check your spam folder!)
Language Café Accra is a not-for-profit initiative. We ask for a “pay-as-you-can” donation, which helps us keep the Café going and open to everyone. If you’re able to give a little extra, you make it possible for someone else to join too.
