Book a Coaching Call with Sam

Welcome to my coaching page.
I love helping people make exercise a more enjoyable and impactful part of their life.
This often involves exploring why you want to exercise, how you approach it, and what you actually do. We can troubleshoot barriers, brainstorm new activities to experiment with, or completely reimagine what exercise means to you.
I offer these calls in a "pay what you want" model. After our call, I'll send an email with options for payment.
For context, my normal coaching rate is $150/hour, but it's truly up to you.
I do not want the cost to be a barrier to us connecting about your fitness journey. And if you feel I haven't helped you, I prefer you not to pay.
